01Agreement协议接受

By downloading or using the Timely iOS app ("the app") or this website, you agree to these Terms. The app is also licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if the two conflict, Apple's agreement prevails for matters it covers.下载或使用 Timely iOS 应用（下称「本应用」）或本网站，即表示你同意本协议。本应用同时适用 Apple 标准许可应用最终用户许可协议；两者如有冲突，在其覆盖范围内以 Apple 协议为准。

02The app关于应用

Timely is a time-planning app for iPhone (iOS 26 or later) that brings together a visual day planner, to-do list, focus timer, Home Screen widgets, a daily receipt of your day, and optional AI planning. Some features require Timely Pro.Timely 是一款 iPhone 时间规划应用（需 iOS 26 或更高版本），集可视化日程、待办清单、专注计时、桌面小组件、每日生活小票与可选的 AI 规划于一体。部分功能需要 Timely Pro。

03Purchases and subscriptions购买与订阅

• Timely Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store and may change there.Timely Pro 提供自动续期的月度订阅与一次性永久买断两种方案。价格以 App Store 内展示为准，并可能在那里调整。
• Payments, receipts, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.支付、收据、退款与取消均由 Apple 处理。你可以随时在 App Store 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。
• Each calendar month (Beijing time) of an active Pro membership includes 300 successful AI plan generations. The allowance resets at the start of each month, does not roll over, and does not stack across memberships.Pro 会员每个北京时间自然月包含 300 次成功生成的 AI 规划。额度每月月初重置，不累计，多种会员同时存在也不叠加。
• Free users can use core planning features; schedules and history are never deleted when a subscription expires.免费用户可使用核心规划功能；订阅到期不会删除任何日程或历史记录。

04AI featuresAI 功能

AI plans are generated automatically from the information you submit. They are suggestions only: they may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuited to your situation, and you should review a plan before adding it to your schedule. AI features are a productivity aid, not professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise), require an internet connection, and may be temporarily unavailable or changed.AI 方案基于你提交的信息自动生成，仅供参考：它可能不完整、不准确或不符合你的实际情况，加入日程前请先审阅。AI 功能是效率辅助工具，不构成任何形式的专业建议（医疗、法律、财务等），需要网络连接，且可能临时不可用或发生变更。

05Your content你的内容

Your schedules, tasks, notes, and records belong to you. To provide the features you ask for — such as iCloud sync or AI planning — you grant us and our service providers a limited license to process that content solely for that purpose.你的日程、待办、留言与记录归你所有。为提供你所使用的功能（如 iCloud 同步或 AI 规划），你授予我们及我们的服务商仅为该目的处理这些内容的有限许可。

06Acceptable use合理使用

Please don't use Timely for anything unlawful, interfere with or overload its services, attempt to reverse engineer them beyond what the law allows, or use automated means to consume the AI allowance in bulk.请勿将 Timely 用于任何违法用途，不得干扰或过载其服务，不得进行法律不允许的逆向工程，也不得以自动化方式批量消耗 AI 额度。

07Availability and changes可用性与变更

We may add, adjust, or discontinue features, and we may stop offering the app. Material changes are communicated in the app or in release notes.我们可能新增、调整或停止提供功能，也可能停止提供本应用。重大变更会通过应用内或版本说明告知。

08Intellectual property知识产权

The Timely name, app, and website, including their design and content, are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.「Timely」名称、应用与网站（含其设计与内容）受知识产权法律保护。保留所有权利。

09Disclaimer of warranties免责声明

The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用与网站按「现状」及「现有」基础提供，不作任何形式的保证。

10Limitation of liability责任限制

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不承担间接或附带损失的责任，且因使用本应用产生的全部责任以索赔前十二个月内你向我们支付的金额为限。

11Termination协议终止

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.你可以随时停止使用本应用。若你违反本协议，我们可能暂停你的访问。

12Governing law适用法律

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。

13Changes and contact协议变更与联系
